SHIPPING POLICY

  • Please allow for 4-7 business days of handling time before shipment as our products are handmade and need time to cure.

  • Prices shown are in USD ($).

  • For international orders: Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for international shipments cannot be marked as "gift" or with altered prices. It is your responsibility as the customer to be aware of any fees that may apply. 

  • Typical transit time in the US is 3-5 days, with typical international transit 15-20 days. This time does not include handling time.

  • Our products are made by hand in the US.

  • If the incorrect address was entered and your item has already been shipped out, we will be unable to offer a refund for the item or send another out. Often, there are avenues through which you can alter the address while in transit. Please visit our FAQ section for more information.

RETURN POLICY

We stand by our products 100%! If you are not pleased with your AHLERI product, please let us know and allow us to exchange the item for you. We only require an image of the product, if damaged, and your reasoning for wanting the exchange. We also offer training assistance from our on-staff professional trainers! If you would like some tips on the best way to use your products, and how you can best help your horse, just let us know!

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments via credit cards, PayPal, and Apply Pay online, or, if you are purchasing at one of our pop-up-shops at a show, we accept credit cards or cash payments.
