We stand by our products 100%! Returns and one-time exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. If you are not pleased with your AHLERI product, please let us know and allow us to exchange the item for you. We only require an image of the product, if damaged, and your reasoning for wanting the exchange. We cannot accept returns on products that are dirty, or do not have the tags and original packaging. We don't accept returns on used perishable products (Muzzle Butter, soaps, food items, etc.).

Handling Time: 0-2 days

All Muzzle Butter formuals are legal for use in competition under FEI and USEF regulations.

1% revenue of all sales goes directly to horse welfare organizations and Horse Sanctuaries at the end of each month. We split this monthly donation between the following organizations:

Absolutely! Through our Equine Rescue Sponsorship program, we've been able to support several horse rescues throughout the United States. Sponsored rescues are able to give their followers and supporters a valid Ahleri discount code, and we donate a portion of any purchases made through those codes directly to that rescue. Ahleri (AH-ler-ee) is named after the famous westphalian dressage gelding Ahlerich (1971-1992), ridden by Dr. Reiner Klimke. In his time, Ahlerich held multiple Olympic team and individual golds, and many other championship wins.
