We stand by our products 100%! Returns and one-time exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. If you are not pleased with your AHLERI product, please let us know and allow us to exchange the item for you. We only require an image of the product, if damaged, and your reasoning for wanting the exchange. We cannot accept returns on products that are dirty, or do not have the tags and original packaging. We don't accept returns on used perishable products (Muzzle Butter, soaps, food items, etc.).

Ahleri (AH-ler-ee) is named after the famous westphalian dressage gelding Ahlerich (1971-1992), ridden by Dr. Reiner Klimke. In his time, Ahlerich held multiple Olympic team and individual golds, and many other championship wins. Dr. Klimke was known for his horse-first, biomechanically-correct approach to dressage.
